These clay products are made of very rich clay, sand and sawdust from freshly cut wood. The raw materials become a robust building material by using only a low amount of energy and without chemical processes. The natural cycle is complete with the disposal. Our clay products can be composted and recycled infinitely. Clay's high quality, robustness and the effect on health have been proven since primeval times. Clay, which had already been replaced by "modern" building materials, is today increasingly coming in building owners' field of vision. Its naturalness and good properties as a building material make clay in many respects superior to other materials.
RGJ International s clay building panel are a compact and dry panel for interior use. It is a plaster base, storage mass and installation platform all in one. It is made of clay and sawdust. The clay building panel is ecologically and building biologically certified.
Characteristics : Vapor diffusion open and humidity compensating. Regulates indoor climate through high absorption capacity. Best heat protection in summer through high thermal capacity, good sound insulation properties, easy and quick to install, well suitable for do-it-yourselfers, easy processing with common electrical tools for stone or wood, ecologically and building biologically effective. The panels can be composted and recycled to 100% and they protect against electromagnetic pollution and radiation.

Clay Building Blocks RGJs clay building elements are made of clay and sawdust. They are building biologically certified. Easy cutting with a circular saw with a hard metal blade, band saw or a regular saw. Block laying is made easy with RGJ International s clay mortar (normal requirements are 30 kg mortar dry for appr. 3,5 m2 of masonary with joints of 10 mm).

Processing with a circular saw with a hard metal blade, band saw or a regular saw. Holes can also be made subsequently with a jigsaw or an electric saw. The elements can be bored, nailed and screwed, they are ecologically and building biologically effective, they can be composted and recycled to 100% and they protect against electromagnetic pollution and radiation.
